Only partly. ugcs.farm is strongest at finding what to make. ClipUGC is strongest at making it with a consistent character. Some people will use one for research and the other for production.
If you post every week, monthly credits are cheaper per video and you never run dry mid-batch. If you make one video a quarter, packs are the better deal, and ClipUGC sells those too.
A 5-second clip is 7 credits and a 10-second one is 13. On the $14.99 plan that is about 70 cents and about $1.30.
