Adding ClipUGC in ChatGPT needs developer mode today, which is on Plus and Pro and not yet in the EEA, Switzerland or the UK. Claude.ai and Claude Code work everywhere with the same address. Once ClipUGC is in the Apps directory, no developer mode is needed.
